Duties: The Administrative
Services Officer is accountable to the District Ranger Northern Flinders for
contributing to the effective management of the Northern Flinders District,
Outback Region, by providing a range of administrative services. This will include reconciliation of money,
reception, bookings, record keeping and secretarial duties for the Northern
Flinders District Team. |

Special Conditions: Located at Wilpena in the
Flinders Ranges National Park. Some out of hours and intra‑state travel
may be required. Current Driver’s licence and willingness to drive is
essential. May be required to contribute to emergency operations in the event
of bushfire or other emergencies. Departmental housing is not available at
Wilpena, but may be available at Hawker, 65km south of Wilpena. This position is temporary for up to 12
months, and may be extended to 30/08/07. |

Duties: The Administration Officer
is administratively responsible to a nominated Manager, who could be either
Police Act or Public Sector Management Act employee, for undertaking a range
of clerical tasks including reception, keyboard activities and administrative
